Overview

Let us welcome you into the warmth of our Chambres d'Hotes, L'Oree des Vignes where you will discover a relaxed and peaceful retreat, tucked away from the bustle, in a quiet leafy lane only 10 minutes stroll from the heart of historic Pezenas in the Languedoc.

We offer you comfortable Bed and Breakfast accommodation in our rural, stone-built home amongst the vineyards. Our bedrooms are en-suite and each has a hospitality tray for making that welcome cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy a breakfast of warm croissants and baguettes, cereals, yogurts, fruit and beverages in our light and airy dining room overlooking the patio, swimming pool and large garden. Central heating for the winter months - open all year. Ample secure parking. English spoken.
We are situated only 25 minutes drive from the long sandy Mediteranean beaches whilst 20 minutes inland takes you through endless vineyards and pretty villages into the pictureque Espinouse and Cevennes mountains with their gorges and caves.
Activities for children and adults alike are all around, canoeing on the rivers Orb and Herault, swimming, golf, horseriding, walking and climbing, tennis, or simply finding a quiet spot to relax.
The beautiful city of Montpellier is only 40 minutes away and Perpignan with its backdrop of the Pyrenees only 50 minutes, the medieval turreted city of Carcassonne, 60 minutes.
Nearest airports with UK connections are at Beziers, Montpellier, Perpignan, Nimes, Carcassonne and Toulouse. For a leisurely, scenic journey, why not take the Eurostar from London to Montpellier or Beziers.
Our B&B makes a perfect central base for house hunting in the Herault and owners Su and Chris are happy to share knowledge of the area and experience of living in France, give directions and advice when possible.Reductions for longer stays.

Set amongst vineyards on the outskirts of Pezenas. Supermarkets and shopping, bars, cafes and restaurants, only 5 minutes away. 25 minutes drive from endless Mediterranean beaches & coastal amusement parks. Woodland adventure park 15 minutes. Very close proximity for a multitude of walking trails, for all abilities. 30 minutes to river canoeing. Nearest golf course, 20 minutes.
Excellent shopping and a wealth of culture in Montpellier 40 minutes.

Each of our bedrooms are on the first floor and have a bright, sunny, south facing aspect onto the garden. We have 2 double rooms with en-suite bath/shower and toilet and 1 double room with washbasin and with sole use of a shower-room and toilet close by. Rooms can accommodate an extra child's bed at an extra charge. Cot and high chair also available. All rooms have a hairdryer plus a hospitality tray for making hot drinks and a refrigerator is situated in the hall for guests to use. Guests are welcome to enjoy their own evening takeaway or picnic meal on the garden terrace. Parking is within the secure grounds next to the house.
