Three bedroomed holiday villa adjacent to magnificent beach and short walk to local amenities.



Sainte Marie is a small coastal resort with bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops, hairdressers, cash point, tourist office, bike hire and on local bus route. The resort is just off the modern road network with easy access to Spain and the larger resorts and towns in the area.



The villa comprises lounge/diner/kitchen, shower room/WC, downstairs bedroom with bunk beds, WC/cloakroom, two double rooms upstairs, satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, west facing terrace equipped with barbecue and facing Mount Canigou.



Sporting activites in the area include golf, watersports, horse riding, biking, walking.
