This flat was completely refurbished end of 2007.

1st floor with elevator, little balcony in the living room.

Supermarket and stores across the street, outdoor market on Thursday & Sunday morning from 8am to 1pm on the Bd Richard Lenoir. 2 steps away from the Place des Vosges and the Opera Bastille.

Close to transportation: metro Breguet-Sabin (line 5), Chemin Vert (line 8) or Bastille (line 1, direct to Champs Elysees), buses 20, 29, 65, 69.
