The apt is located in a very safe (double digital entry code) typically montmartrois XIX building renovated 2 years ago, with space enough to feel comfortable (50 m² 538 sqf), nicely decorated, very luminous with mouldings and oak parquet everywhere but in the kitchen and the bathroom.
On 3rd floor with no elevator, it offers perfect intimacy with 2 bedrooms separated from each other by the entrance and the sitting-room (

Only within a 5 minutes walking distance of 2 metro stations : Abbesses (line 12 : takes 7 minutes to reach Place de la Concorde or 15 minutes to reach Saint-Germain area) and Anvers (line 2 : takes exactly 10 minutes to reach the Champs-Elysees). Bus stop for bus 67 is also within a 5 minutes walking distance and will take you to le Louvre within 20 minutes (super ride by the way but not available on Sundays). Gare du Nord is only 1 km away and buses 54 or 30 will take you to the Eurostar station within 5 to 10 minutes.
