Overview

The entrance leads you to the main room which has two very large windows (double glazed) with a view on the street and assure light all day long.
Wooden floor and visible beams gives your place a Parisian charm.

On one side of the space, you have the dining area with a table and 4 chairs, then, a fold-out bed for two people.
An additional convertible sofa for two guests as well. TV and DSL connection are also at your disposal.

The small and convenient kitchen part is equipped with freezer, fridge, 2 vitroceramic plates, micro wave; coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, a washing/drying machine, dishwasher and everything you need to cook at home.

In the black tiled bathroom, you will have a washbasin, and a shower, toilets are separated (meaning not in the bathroom).

Price per night : 160 Euros (agency fees included), 3 nights minimum.
