The apartment is strategically located on the border of the 9th and 18th district just out of the tourist zone but close to all major attractions. To the North the street is cornered by the Avenue Trudaine, which is considered one of the nicest and certainly calmest avenues in the whole of Paris.



The area has undergone a major change during the last 5 years. Many trendy restaurants attracted a young and wealthy clientele making the whole area very hip, naming it So-Pi meaning South of Pigalle.
