Overview

This delightful and comfortable apartment of 25 sq.m welcomes its guests in a typically Parisian flat in which stands a large stone wall restored to its original splendor and three large windows that allow sunlight to completely illuminate the rooms.

The apartment is also ideal for long periods thanks to its cutting practice that separates the living from the sleeping area is developed precisely in two separate areas, first of which the living area accessible via a small hallway with a closet.

The living area consists of two spaces, living room and kitchen. The living space has a large sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed, a flat LCD TV, as well as an extendable dining table that can comfortably accommodate four people, the wall the right is equipped with a composition and a white lacquered library that the owners wish to destine a small international library where guests can draw books and leave freely.

The apartment is located in the Marais (4th arrondissement), overlooking a charming typical Parisian square, just a stone's throw to Ile Saint-Louis, Hôtel de Ville, Notre-Dame, Place des Vosges and the exciting streets of the Marais district (pedestrian zone closed to traffic on Sundays).
The apartment is at the corner with rue Saint-Antoine (one of the oldest streets in Paris, continuing the famous Rue de Rivoli) which has all needed amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, wine shops, etc..) And which leads, with a pleasant few hundred meters walk, at the Place de la Bastille and the Port Arsenal. It is in the heart of the city in a strategic area in order to reach all major point of interests.

Public transport
Nearest tube is Saint-Paul (line 1) (ideal for reaching Porte Maillot - point of departure and arrival of buses to and from low-cost airport of Beauvais, la Défense, the Louvre museum and the Castle of Vincennes ), but you can easily reach the bus Bastille (lines 1, 5 and 8).
The nearest bus stop is located on rue Saint-Antoine where stops:
• Line 69 (Gambetta - Champ de Mars): monumental cemetery Père-Lachaise, Bastille, Hôtel de Ville, the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Hôtel des Invalides and the Eiffel Tower (Champ de Mars).
• Line 96 (Gare Montparnasse - Porte des Lilas).
