When entering the living room, you will be welcomed by the view on the Seine thanks to two very tall and large windows.
The living room is furnished with a table with chairs, a sofa bed (for 2 people), a sofa, a coffee table, a very beautiful chimney. Air-conditioning, Internet TV and DVD player at your disposal.

The bedroom is composed of a double bed with two night table, lamps and ample closet.

From the bedroom, you can access to the bathroom. This latter is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, and the toilet.

The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, a washing machine/ Dryer, a dishwasher, cupboards, burners, dishes and utensils.

Location: On the Ile de La Cit�, you will be in the very center of Paris. There are wonderful restaurants and cafes around the corner at romantic Place Dauphine. The Pont Neuf brings you directly to St Germain des Pr�s (2min walk), on the other side you are in the 1st arrondissement. Few minutes walk from The Louvre, Palais Royal, St Michel, the St Louis Island and the Marais, you cannot have a better location!

Closest Metro: 2min walk from the Subway Cit� (Line 4), Pont Neuf (Line 7), in front of the building several bus lines (24, 27, Open Tour) and if you take the stairs to reach the Seine you can enjoy the Bateau Bus.
