Luxury apartment located close to the Louvre Museum, next to the Pont Neuf and the Seine river, near the Saint Germain district. Wonderfully situated, you have at your disposal all the comfort needed. At the 5th floor, this 65 sqmt apartment has 2 bedrooms, high ceilings and an original "Versailles" wooden floor. Its marble chimney, located in the living room gives a warm atmosphere, which is very pleasant, especially in autumn and winter. The large double glazed windows exposed north and south shows a small and quiet street, and a courtyard. The apartment can welcome 6 persons because of the queensize bed of one bedroom, the two sinlgle beds in the other bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the living room, which is perfect for a family with children. The 2 bedrooms have an access to the bathroom, wich contained a bathtub and a shower. Therefore, the apartment is fully equiped in order to give you an optimal comfort.
