The sheltered terrace on the deck is one of the most acclaimed features for intimate dinners on the river, particularly in summer. Four teak armchairs surrounding the wooden table give a confortable seating for a beautiful view of the Seine river and the restaurants boat parade at night.

You will find the boat to be extremely comfortable, and will have a gorgeous time on board. La vie en rose!


Very safe at day and night the boat is moored next to an other boat where the owner lives and close to other neighbours and the river squad. Among apartment rentals in Paris, a stay on board makes you enjoy those really special moments of relaxation.
The apartment shows the aft cabin where the bedroom is located and the spacious forward salon, bathroom, and kitchen. Air refresher, Radio and CD player, linen, tableware and other appliance such as steam cooker, hair dryer, iron are provided.
The Apartment-Boat is also a sunny and large private residence of about 50 m2 indoors with all mod cons and can sleep up to 6 people (4 ADULTS).

The BOAT is located on the left bank of the river Seine in front of Place Valhubert (5th district). Just downriver is the Austerlitz Bridge where the "garden of sculptures" begins (modern sculptures in a promenade along the river) leading to the historical heart of Paris, the charming islands Ile Saint-Louis and Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame cathedral.



In Summer you can reach by river boat shuttle Batobus,from the port all major museums and monuments of Paris.

Getting around



Just steps away are RER, Lines A ( going to Disneyland Paris) and C ( going to Versailles and Fontainebleau) , TGV Raiways, Métro and bus stations (Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon).



Markets/shopping



A bit further along on the Boulevard de l'Hopital you can find several restaurants, french, medieval, chineese, japaneese, Italian and a good baker's and confectioner's where you will buy the croissants for the breakfast. The G20 (Supermarket open until 8 PM) nearby the corner of Boulevard de l'Hopital and Boulevard Saint-Marcel is close enough to walk to or you can take the Metro or bus to the door.



On Thursday and Sunday mornings the boulevard Richard Lenoir next to Bastille square, turns into one of the biggest traditional open air markets of Paris. A really french atmosphere!

An other smaller open-air market take place twice a week boulevard de l'Hopital 5 minutes away from the boat.

The apartment shows the aft cabin where the bedroom is located and the spacious forward salon, bathroom, and kitchen totaling about 646 sq.ft. Radio and CD player, linen, tableware and other appliance such as steam cooker, hair dryer, iron are provided. Water and electricity comes from the mains.

The Salon
The large living room is comfortably furnished. Carpets cover the wooden floor of the salon and the dining area. In the salon, two indonesian armchairs give comfortable seating for a coffee around the coffee table and a sofa for watching the television or listening to the music. The dining area includes a folding table with six seats for confortably receiving friends.
Harmony of wood and brass create a confortable boat atmosphere.

The Sleeping accomodations
3 possibilities are offered:
- A Bedroom in the aft with a double bed, a wardrobe and a night table.

- A boat-style closed cabin with a double bed and a wardrobe in an recess in the Salon.

- Located in the living area is a bed-settee which converts to a comfortable double bed. Bed linen are provided .

The Bathroom
The separate bathroom has a shower with unlimited hot water, washbassin and WC . Sufficient linen and towels are provided.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a bar and modern facilities (the owner is passionately fond of cooking). Our galley is modern and equipped with an oven, cooker, microwave, multi-purpose kitchen aids and other appliance. The refrigerator has a good freezing compartment. There is also a steam cooker and a coffee maker.

The plus
To welcome you on board, a bottle of French wine is offered as well coffee, tea, sugar. At your disposal : oil, vinegar, soja sauce, salt, peper and spices.
