These cozy Parisian studios are located in a 3 floors building sitting on a small yard. The studios make ideal vacation rentals.The building is on a calm street near angle of Grenelle and Lourmel streets.One studio is on 1st floor above ground and the second one just on top.The studios are equiped with double bed with linens, fridge, hotplates, microwave & kitchen utenstils, shower & bathtowels, toilet and are fitted for one or two people. In the 15th border 7th the studios are at an 8 minutes stroll to Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars. The Seine river is 5 minutes away. Its a lively and uptownish area. Many traditionnal shops like, cheese shops, wine, bakery, etc. There is even a book store that offers International Press. It's a great neigbourhood :)
