On the 5th floor with elevator of a secure building, this apartment overlooks a quiet courtyard planted with trees. Each main room opens on a a continuous balcony which will allow you to enjoy an unobstructed view. The welcoming living-room has a high quality sofa bed (140x200 mattress), a convertible pouf that can be used as a spare bed for a child, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a dining table and a wardrobe. The spacious bedroom has queen-size bed (160x200), a large wardrobe, a desk and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen with breakfast nook is fully equipped with: vitroceramic hotplates, microwave oven, traditional oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots & pans. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, sink and WC. Guests WC are also located in the entrance. Please note that this property can comfortably welcome a maximum of 4 adults and one child.
