Beware stay away from this agency! I have rent an apartment with this company for only 2 night (1st and 2nd of june 2011) in Paris, Rue Aux Ours and was an horribile experience. I have not been in contact with the owner and I have spoken only with myaddress-paris.com. I arrived and made the check in by myself and found an indecent situation: the apartment was dirty, the bathroom broken, the blinds in the livingroom are missing or broken and about the kitchen is better forget. The worste thing is that I tried to call the agency but for 2 days nobody answered! No answer also to my email. Please note that I asked clearly a phone number to use in case of emergency. In the morning of 3rd june at the end miss Sonia of myaddress-paris.com answered; she told me that had no time to come and check the apartment and that it was my right to go away leaving the keys in a safe. The agency would have retained the deposit of €240,00 as payment of the 2 night, please note this is what she told me! After one month I realized that myaddress-paris.com has taken an extra amount of € 550,00 from my Visa for the days that I didn't stay in the apartment. About these facts I have informed the costumer care of Visa and I am working on a formal accusation (I am a lawyer) that I will present to the Italian and French police. It is very sad to see how bad some operators works but is I thing is better that all the people knows that is better to stay away from myaddress-paris.com.
