An exclusive, romantic, original home for rent in the heart of Paris. Live in comfort and style aboard the Bateau Simpatico an authentic Dutch river barge moored in the Port de Suffren at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Our tree-lined entrance to the port and cobble stone quai give easy access to the ship and the neighborhood - a variety of shops, boutiques, bistrots, restaurants, hotels and many of the sites that give Paris so much of its' charm and character. From the deck of the Simpatico experience the Seine's calm and beauty in the City of Light with the intimacy of evening cocktails or morning coffee in a distinctly Parisien setting. Designed and built with traditional materials and elegance, our guests' accommodations include a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, (kingize) bedroom and spacious living area - totaling about 800 sq.ft. All means of transportation to and from airports, trainstations, EuroDisney, Versailles, etc. are readily available. Should your visit be the first time or returning, you'll find us available and helpful for whatever your needs may be.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
