Overview

This duplex in the atelier style, with beams, hardwood floor, antique staircase and mansard roof, is located on the 4th floor walk-up of a typically Parisian building with a lovely paved courtyard planted with trees. The living room is spacious and bright, and offers a sitting area with 2 couches, of which one is a high quality sofa bed, a flat screen TV with DVD player, a desk and a reading area with club armchairs in front of the fireplace. The dining area can comfortable welcome up to 8 guests thanks to the table with drop leaf. The kitchen has bar for quick snacks, and is equipped with fridge/deep freezer, vitroceramic hotplates, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all dishes and necessary utensils. In the hallway are the WC with washstand, as well as a large closet. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor: one with double bed, large closet, desk and TV, and another with 2 single beds. The bathroom with wood fittings is equiped with bathtub/shower, sink, WC and washing machine. This property is double-oriented: it faces both the courtyard and the street, with a view on Parisian rooves. The windows are double-glassed which garantees a quiet environment. The upper floor is air-conditioned.
