Overview

This large two bedroom house spanning three floors with spectacular sea views is in prime seafront position next to the Cours Saleya. The location can not be beaten.

The main bedroom is to be found on the ground floor. There are large French windows leading onto a private terrace. The bathroom is is accessed from the bedroom and consists of a walk-in shower, a large sink with a mirror, and a console table. There is a WC next to the bathroom.

The second bedroom is on the sous-sol and has it's own shower room.

The exposed brickwork and centre column in the living and kitchen area add a rustic charm to the newly renovated 30 square metre space. There is a two seater sofa along with two easy chairs and a large plasma TV. The living area has large French windows leading to a balcony. Panoramic views can be enjoyed from inside and out.

The kitchen has been sympathetically renovated with wooden block worktops and a sunken white sink unit. There is a dining table and six chairs in an elevated position at the back of the kitchen to enjoy the view of the sea.
