Overview

The master bedroom hosts a wrought iron king size bed (2 single mattresses) with a French wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps and a large mirror.
The second bedroom consists of two single wrought iron beds, a bedside table and lamps and two occasional chairs. There are fitted mirrored wardrobes and a large mirror.
Large windows, window shutters, ceiling fans, pretty soft furnishings and Juliette balconies are great bonuses.
The apartment is in an impressive Bourgeois well maintained building on the 3rd floor with a lift. (Please note that there are works scheduled for later this year. If a lift is essential to you, please bear this in mind. As soon as we have details we will update here).
The bathroom has a white corner bath, a tiled vanity unit with a large mirror over with cupboards and drawers underneath. There is a separate WC across the hall.
The kitchen, in keeping with the rest of the apartment, retains a rustic theme with dark wood shaker units and worktop and a buttercup tiled floor. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a separate tumble dryer here along with a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. All necessary utensils are provided.

Rue Verdi is a street off Boulevard Gambetta, just behind Boulevard Victor Hugo. From the apartment it will be a five minute walk to the beach and Promenade. It is a five minute walk to the Pedestrian Zone. It is also a five minute walk to the train station. In less than 20 minutes you can find yourself in the Old Town.
