Overview

This apartment is functional rather than luxurious and this is reflected in the prices. It is very well proportioned and in a great location which will work very well for a small family as well as a couple.The apartment is on the ground floor of a residence on rue de France. The main entrance leads into a large well maintained entrance hall. There is a small ramp beside the few entrance stairs for pushchair or wheelchair access (with assistance). Follow the corridor away from the apartment, keeping the palms and the sea in eyesight, and you find yourself at the private entrance that opens directly on to the Prom.
The large living area is open plan to the kitchen. It includes two sofas, one of which converts easily to a double bed. A glass topped dining table provides a comfortable space for four people. The wide windows are fully double glazed and complemented by decorative curtains, looking directly out onto a quiet cul de sac. The main bedroom lies behind attractive oriental screens. A double bed takes centre space and there is good drawer and wardrobe provision. Above the bedroom is a mezzanine area with a comfortable double futon. Though there is a height restriction and some steps, this space could be perfect for young teenagers as extra sleeping provision. (We would not recommend use of the mezzanine for children aged under 10 years due to the steps). The large living area is open plan to the kitchen. It includes two sofas, one of which converts easily to a double bed. A glass topped dining table provides a comfortable space for four people. The wide windows are fully double glazed and complemented by decorative curtains, looking directly out onto a quiet cul de sac. The shower room includes a mirror and vanity unit, and plenty of shelf space. There is a washing machine and an electric towel radiator. A separate WC, with a wash basin, is located off the hallway.An American style worktop separates and connects the living and kitchen areas. There is ample worktop space. There is a large fridge freezer, electric cooker, four electric hob rings, extractor and a microwave oven. The kitchen area includes a small breakfast (and work) table for two people. The main dining table is in the open plan living area.
