Overview

The 25 square metre master bedroom boasts a huge panoramic window with spectacular sea views. The bedroom leads out onto a large balcony with chairs where you can people-watch down the Promenade or look out to sea.
The large second bedroom is over 30 square metres and can be found downstairs in the "sous-sol". There is a a king size bed with two bedside tables, bedside lamps, and a large wardrobe. A large bathroom and separate toilet can be found on this floor as well.
The third bedroom is much smaller than the others and has been designed with children in mind. It has twin beds, though these can easily be pushed together if desired. It has a smaller wardrobe, a bedside table, and two reading lamps.
This beach house has two floors plus a converted sous-sol. The row of houses on rue Ponchette are highly desirable and well known in Nice for their historical significance and charm. The row was built in the late 18th Century. There is a 42-inch plasma TV which is hooked up to SKY television so there are plenty of English channels to entertain the guests. This space is also equipped with a Nintendo Wii.


The large main bathroom is downstairs with a separate shower, bathtub, and large sink unit. The upstairs bathroom has a large shower. Both are tastefully decorated in light brown tiling.
The open-plan kitchen has been recently renovated to a very high standard with high end appliances such as Neff and Eff microwave, gas five ring hob, and a large American style fridge-freezer.

The house sits squarely between the Mediterranean sea across the road and Old Nice. Both the beach and the famous Cours Saleya flower and farmers market are less than a minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The Port is less than a five minute walk away and the shopping district of Jean Medecin can be reached within a 20 minute stroll. The bus station can be reached within ten minutes through the Old Town.
