Nice is an international City just 20 minutes from Monaco and 30 minutes from the Italian boarder. This apartment is at the centre of Nice and Place Massena is now the pride of Nice. This apartment has the historic Old Town immediately behind and the classical epoc buildings of Nice right in front. There are 1,000 restaurants in Nice and bad ones do not survive for too long and you are in walking distance to all of them, including the fish restaurants in the Old Port of Nice. If you wish to spend time on the beach, then your walk is merely 45 yards and you are on the famous Promenade des Anglais. If you want a quiet time, then walk round to Coco beach beyond the Old Port and the views will be something to remember on those days when you are snowed under with work on a rainy day back home. If you do an internet search for Place Massena, you will see the exact location and just how close it is to all amenities. The airport bus stops 60 yards away from the apartment.
