Overview


Perna is a large stylish apartment in the heart of the Old Town. This renovated apartment is in a typical Old Town building which is in need of updating. Work is scheduled for September 2009 to improve the common parts of the building.
The impressively large living area is open plan with the kitchen. There is a large corner sofa opposite a TV console unit with 40" LCD TV with SKY basic package and Sony Playstation (plays DVDs and Blue Ray). A Bose ipod station completes the gadgetry. A large black oak dining table with 6 leather dining chairs provides a great focal point for staying in for dinner.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bedside tables with tall reading lamps, a six drawer chest, shelf and wardrobe. There is also a large window with shutters and decorative floor to ceiling curtains.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

The fully tiled bathroom is accessed from the entrance hallway and contains a bath with shower attachment, toilet, bidet and wash basin. There is a washing machine situated in the corner.

The modern cream kitchen with beech worktops has a built in dishwasher, large fridge freezer and oven. There is a large induction electric hob and extractor fan.
