Overview
This stylish apartment offers a bird's eye view over Nice and the Mediterranean. Panoramic is on the same level as the entrance in a well maintained building.
As soon as you enter the apartment you can see breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea, the city of Nice and its beautiful Chateau Hill and the mountains of the southern French Alps. The views can be enjoyed from all over the living room and the dining room as well as the kitchen and of course from the balcony that surrounds the whole living area. The sun shines through two beautiful French windows and floods the entire apartment with light. At night, it is wonderful to gaze out at all the city lights twinkling below you.
The living area is open plan to the kitchen. Pale parquet wooden flooring has been laid throughout the whole apartment which makes it cool underfoot in the summer and wonderfully warm in the winter. Guests may relax in full comfort on two new contemporary black leather sofas. The sofas are complemented by sleek modern furniture also in black and look very chic against the gentle cream walls. On the walls, stylish black and white art work completes the look. A red rug adds a touch of warmth and colour.
A flat screen TV offering international cable TV with English channels and the DVD/ HiFi tower in a cabinet next to the window provide entertainment and if that is not enough, WiFi internet access is also available from this apartment should you wish to bring your laptop.
The open plan L-shaped kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The fresh, bright white units house a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, built-in oven with extractor fan, electric halogen hob and plenty of cupboard space containing all necessary utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware to cook and entertain. A microwave and coffee machine are also provided. A small breakfast bar with high stool seating provides an informal place to perch, eat and generally encourage the chef.
The master bedroom hosts a double bed with bedside tables, table lamps and a spacious wardrobe with a large mirror fitted into one of the wardrobe doors. The room is decorated in calm cream-coloured walls and pale wood furniture and a touch of contrast accent colour in bright red for the cushions and curtains. The floor is laid out with parquet wooden flooring and a large double glazed patio window allows natural light into the room. The bedroom leads into a spacious fully-fitted en-suite bathroom with bath, two wash basins, bidet and WC. The bathroom is fully tiled in large cream coloured tiles with contrasting brown accents which complements the bedroom decor beautifully.
The second bedroom continues the calm fresh colour scheme of creams and pale wood, this time with contrasting accents of blue. It is located down the hall and is furnished with 2 single beds and would be perfect for two children or friends on holiday together. Bedroom two is furnished in a similar fashion to the master bedroom with bedside table, table lamps and a wardrobe with mirror. There is an en-suite shower room off this bedroom fitted with a large shower cubicle, washbasin and vanity unit with storage, mirror over and spot lighting, towel rail and a bidet. The en-suite is fully tiled in warm shades of Mediterranean blue.
There are two en-suite bathrooms in this apartment as described in the bedrooms above. The master bedroom offers the larger en-suite with a bath, two wash basins, bidet and WC. The en-suite bathroom in the second bedroom is smaller and offers a shower, wash basin, vanity unit and bidet.

This spacious and stylish apartment is located beyond the Port and uphill towards Mont Boron in one of the best residential areas of Nice. Panoramic is surrounded by beautiful villas and gardens. The streets in the area offer spectacular views over Nice, the Port, the Chateau Hill and the Southern French Alps. Should you wish to hire or bring a car, free parking is available directly outside the Residence. For those without a car, although it is possible to walk downhill into the centre of Nice, we would expect most guests to take advantage of the cheap and frequent local buses as there is a bus stop within 5 minutes' walk of the apartment.
