Highly secured building with elevator enabling private direct access into the apartment, and a very helpful reception on ground floor to give enabling full and convenient local information for guests.
There are two separate entrances in the building. On the ( beach ) front a charming entree on the Promenade des Anglais to reach the beach within less than 20 meters and from the back entrance on Avenue Californie is a range of shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
Large sunbathing terrace with two sun loungers and dining table with 4 chairs with breath-taking views of the beaches and Riviera coastline.
This large one-bedroom apartment can host 4 adults with two single beds in living room, and a large double bed (which can be detached in two single beds) in the bedroom with direct access onto terrace.Recently renovated bathroom with bath and washing machine, a large well-equiped kitchen with all your cooking needs, and large separated storage rooms.
