Overview

The apartment is in the Musiciens area, one of the best parts of Nice, a short walk from the world famous Hotel Negresco. Cafes, markets and shops are all close by. The station is also under 10 minutes walk for trips to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Italy. The new tram stop is also 10 minutes walk.

The apartment is on the fifth floor, with lift and stretches the width of the building. Total space is over 80 square meters. French doors at front and rear give a breeze through the flat.

The apartment is spacious and the total area is over 80 square meters. There are two double bedrooms and the apartment can sleep five to six people. There is an open balcony area to enjoy the sun and a covered balcony area for eating out.

Location & area

The flat is equal distant from the main railway station and the sea. Being between the station, main shops and the beach means you don't need a car -
everywhere is just a stroll!

Around the corner from the apartment is an excellent restaurant, a specialist food market and tea rooms with oh-so tempting chocolates. Those early morning croissants are just two minutes away. There's a children's park a block away and the local Rialto Cinema shows the latest movies - in English, if your French isn't quite what it should be. One of the best ways to see the glory of the Riviera coastline is from the train - the station is under 10 minutes walk away. Go east to Italy - west to Cannes ... sometimes decisions are just so difficult.

The airport is a fifteen minute bus ride away. The cost is 4 Euros, which includes bus travel for the whole day. The bus stops at the Negresco hotel or the station - a ten minute walk to the flat - or if you have heavy luggage, you may prefer a taxi.

Nice, the city by the sea has the best of all worlds - a mild climate throughout the year and a style all of its own.

Add 42 Euros per week for each additional person staying in the apartment.
Price includes sheets, towels and a light clean at the end of your stay. Electricity is charged according to the meter. There is comunual central heating provided for part of the year, which is not charged.

Deposit 25% on booking. Full payment six weeks in advance of holiday. Additional deposit of 300 euros for breakages, lost keys etc., which will be returned after your stay. The deposit includes a charge of 30 euros, should extra cleaning be needed.

Please note the water in the shower can be extremely hot.

Although children are welcome, the flat may not be suitable for active young children as there are French doors in the main rooms.
