The property is accessible via the lift in the entrance hall with a 2nd lift for refuse disposal.Beach and historic old town (Vielle ville) are only minutes away via tram at a cost of only 1 euro!Fresh produce is available daily in the neighbouring street market with a major supermarket only 5 minutes by foot for a larger shop.Train offers easy access to Monaco and Italy in the east and Cannes in the west.

Apartment is situated in the heart of Nice in the Upper Musicians quarter and is accessible via rail or shuttle bus service from the airport, which stops at the Gare SNCF, only 100 yards from the apartment in one of the side roads opposite the stations main entrance. There are a large number of inexpensive and good quality restaurants(Angleterre,La Petite Biche)in the immediate area.Also Cave Romagnon,local jazz bar, which features many excellent musicians primarily at weekends.
