Overview

Marie is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a typical Nicoise building, with a lift. Please note that the lift begins on the 1st floor and so the lift is reached after climbing approximately 20 stairs. Due to its position, this air-conditioned apartment is very quiet.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen. It has a two seater sofa, small console table and a dining table for four (fourth chair is in the bedroom). There is a flat screen LCD and a DVD player. No channels are available currently so the system is only suitable at the moment for playing DVDs. If you are a party of four, please note the seating and size of the living area. A locked door found in the living area accesses the apartment 'Claire' next door. Please contact us should you wish to book both apartments together.
The main bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables with reading lamps. There is a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is en-suite to this bedroom and is fitted with a shower cubicle, wash basin with mirror over and a WC. The second bedroom is on the mezzanine floor which is 2 metres in height, although this decreases at the far end of the bedroom. There is a WC off this mezzanine bedroom as well as a full bathroom downstairs. There is hanging and storage space in both bedrooms.
The modern fitted kitchen with wood units also houses a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and four-ring hob plus a toaster, kettle, cafetiere and all the utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware to prepare your own meals should you wish.
The fully tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin with a large mirror over and a WC. It should be noted that the bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom so that guests occupying the second mezzanine bedroom (with en-suite WC and wash basin) will need to walk through the main bedroom to access the shower. This arrangement might be best suited to a couple with a child or children rather than two couples sharing. A second additional WC and wash basin is found off the second bedroom on the mezzanine level.

Marie is one of two apartments next to each other, called "Marie Claire". If both apartments are booked together they can accommodate up to six guests. There is an adjoining door in the living room door that can be opened to allow guests to move between the two apartments. Otherwise, the door will be locked so that separate parties can enjoy complete privacy.

Directly on the Place Massena square, at the start of the pedestrian zone, this is a prime spot for a holiday apartment. It is a five minute walk to the beach, Promenade and the Old Town. The shopping district of Avenue Jean Medecin is just a few minutes' walk away.
