Overview

A good size double bedroom with beautiful aged wooden parquet floors, French doors leading to a Juliette balcony and a double wrought iron bed and accent ceiling light. The owners have a real eye for quality and the bedroom boasts a lovely large antique chest of drawers and dressing table. The hallway has a large wardrobe with ample storage space.
Tiled in white, there is a bath with shower over, a sink plus a WC. There is also a top loading washing machine.
The kitchen is fitted with modern units but also retains some original charm with a belson sink and larder. It has a 2 ring electric hob, combination microwave and grill, toaster, kettle and a good selection of cooking utensils and crockery.
The living area again boasts that gorgeous glossy parquet floor and leads out through double French doors onto the balcony. As you're on the 6th floor you're not overlooked. The owners have invested in a high quality double sofa bed and there are 2 comfy single chairs so the apartment can cater for four people comfortably. There is a fold down table seating four provided and four dining chairs. There is a good sized flat screen television, a DVD player and music system that plays CD's and also has an MP3 player connection. WIFI can be accessed through public access networks although no guarantee can be provided.

Location & area

The apartment is situated on the edge of the Musicians area and is a minute walk away from the main train station Gare de Nice Ville. This means the apartment is perfectly situated to explore the Riviera by rail. Cannes, St Tropez, Monaco, Menton and even Italy are approximately an hour away.

The new tramway is 5 minutes walk away on Jean Medicin, Nice's main shopping area a regular bus service stops within 100m of the front door. For as little a one euro you can easily reach the promenade and old town,
For the more energetic, the beach is 10 minutes walk and the old town 15 minutes by foot. The owners have provided two push bikes with helmets and this makes exploring Nice and the local area even easier and so much fun.
