Notre dame,at a few meters from the apartment, a large choice of restaurants (french, lebanon, italian, jewish..) with outdoor terraces, all kind of genuine shops from Nice, at only 300 meters from av. Jean Medecin and tramway station, 500 meters from the old town, Place Massena and train station and only 800 meters from Promenade des Anglais.
