Overview

Le 26 has a stylish modern interior with a large balcony two streets from the beach. In the light bright living area there are two large green leather sofas and a dining table with four chairs. A wall-mounted plasma TV is equipped with a full SKY package and the large patio windows lead out onto the balcony complete with table and chairs.
The two bedrooms are of a similar size and both have en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and have a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, high chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes with sliding doors. Both bedrooms have good sized windows and are bright and airy. There are electronic shutters to guarantee a good nights' sleep. Both bedrooms have been very tastefully decorated and the Owners' attention to detail will not be lost on you.
The building and common parts are very well-maintained. The building has recently been upgraded. There is a key fob for entry to two doors and then a lift (with security code) to take you to the 4th floor. At the bottom of the building is a cafe bar called Le 26.
Both bathrooms are en suite. They are of a similar size. There is a separate WC. One bathroom is off the dressing area in the master bedroom, the other is nicely placed for privacy in the second bedroom area. The separate WC is easily accessible off the corridor. Both bathrooms are fully tiled in a modern tiling, have a bath with shower attachment, a vanity unit with sink and large mirror over, illuminated by spotlights.
The white kitchen is light and airy. It is extremely well equipped with everything from a sieve to a electric toasted sandwich maker stocked for guests. You can find a washing machine, separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer as well as a kettle, cafetiere and all necessary utensils.
