Overview

The bedroom consists of a double wrought iron bed, bedside tables wth table lamps and a fitted wardrobe with drawers.
The Pedestrian Area is one of the most sought out areas of Nice for holiday makers. It is less than 5 minutes to the Beach and Promenade and within an easy ten minute strol to the Old Town and the shopping area of Jean Medicin.
This holiday apartment is on the first floor. Whilst there is a lift in the building, it begins on the first floor so this apartment is accessed by stairs only.
The bathroom may be small but has managed to fit a shower cubicle, WC, and sink with mirror over. There are plans in the winter of 2008 to change this to a wet room. A washing machine is to be found in the entrance hall, opposite the bathroom.
The kitchen is open plan. There is a stainless steel oven and hob along with a lbuilt-in fridge with a small freezer compartment. All the necessary utensils are provided for cooking.
