Overview

On the 3rd floor (top floor) of a typical Nicoise building, with a lift. Please note that the lift begins on the 1st floor and so the lift is reached after climbing approximately 20 stairs. Due to its position, the apartment is very quiet.
The bedroom is on the mezzanine level which is 2 metres in height. Here there is a double bed and a mirrored wardrobe.

The living area is open plan with the kitchen. It has a two seater sofa, small console table and a dining table for two. here is a flat screen television and a DVD player. A locked door found in the living area accesses the apartment, Marie, next door. See the particulars below. should you wish to book both apartments with us.
There are wood units with a fridge, two ring hob and a microwave oven.

The fully tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin with a large mirror and a WC.
