Imagine stepping out from this apartment straight onto the world famous Promenade des Anglais with its restaurants, palm trees and beach! This superb studio apartment is located in a 1930s building with many original art deco features. It has a sea view and was fully modernized in 2008. It is on the second floor and there's a lift (elevator) for those too tired to walk up the stairs. Our concierge will make sure that everything in the building works perfectly. The apartment is very centrally located. It is about 15 minutes from the airport by taxi and the bus stop is almost outside the door. The apartment is close to all entertainment, shops, cafes, restaurants, markets and supermarkets. If you're too tired to cook, there are numerous cafés and restaurant outside. The world famous Negresco Hotel and the Musée Masséna are within 2 minutes walk away. There are frequent buses to take you around Nice and to places like Cannes, Antibes, Vence or Grasse. Public transport in Nice is really excellent so a car isn''t essential – you can enjoy the local rose wine without worrying about your driving licence.
