Overview

The apartment on rue Verdi is in an impressive Bourgeois well-maintained building on the 2nd floor with a lift. The building ’Castel Joli’ is south facing and benefits from full sun throughout the day.
The first bedroom faces south with a desk, chair, lounger and double bed. A large French Louis XVI armoire provides hanging and drawer space with a beautiful antique art deco lamp adorning the space above.

The second bedroom faces north with the advantage of an open space park below with palm trees. There is a built-in wardrobe with a chest of drawers, a flat screen TV with DVD player and double bed.
