Overview
On the ground floor you will find a large bedroom that not only hosts a king size bed in oak with pull out bedside tables and reading lights, but a sofa. There is a large built-in wardrobe and a full length âlipstickâ mirror, and a black lacquered dressing table. The icing on this rather large cake: leading off the bedroom you will find a balcony with chairs for a perfect breakfast.
Upstairs, there is an identical bed only it is super-king size. There is a white lacquered dressing table and built-in storage and hanging space. There are four windows in this loft style bedroom, all with blinds and mosquito screens. Leading off the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom. The living and kitchen area are open plan. A huge leather corner sofa allows for plenty of lounging around and maximum enjoyment of the full hi-fi entertainment system, including surround sound, a 50 inch Panasonic plasma panel, SKY FreeSat, French cable TV, broadband cable, Wi-Fi, and a Sony PS3 with âsixaxis âcontroller. With a Yamaha 7.1 channel receiver amp, AV ipod dock, Wi-Fi digital radio, small CD and DVD library your boys toys are complete.
There is a large dining table with seating for 6 and stepping out through one of the large French windows you will find a 7 metre long balcony with solar lighting and a table and chairs for 4 plus a small lovers' chaise. On the ground floor is a large stylish tiled bathroom that has ample room for both the luxury walk-in shower with multi body jets, large sculpted bathtub and twin wash basins with illuminated designer mirrors above. Large French windows, with great views, give lots of natural light. The Miele washing machine with an 1800 super spin speed is also found here. There is a separate WC next door. The second bathroom is en-suite to the principal bedroom upstairs. It has a shower, sink and toilet all in a similar style to the main bathroom. There is also storage for clothes and suitcases.
