Overview

This first floor (with lift) apartment is 60 square metres plus a 20 square metres garden terrace.Parquet floors, French chandeliers, and large French windows bring a touch of elegance to the living area. The look is complemented by a leather two seater sofa, armchair, reading lamps and a dining table with four chairs. There is also an LCD screen and DVD player. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and French cable TV with some English channels. There is also a CD player. The large bedroom is quiet and easily fits a king size bed, a free standing wardrobe and two chairs with small side table. There are fitted wall lights above the bed and fitted wardrobes with dresser. The room is wallpapered in a soft rose to match the curtains and soft furnishings. Large French double glazed doors lead out onto the peaceful garden terrace which overlooks a tree filled courtyard. The kitchen comprises of simple white units, a grey worktop, a four ring gas hob with extractor and an electric oven. There is also a washing machine, fridge-freezer.
We bet most guests will take advantage of the gorgeous garden terrace and dine alfresco, but to cater for all, there is also a traditional kitchen table with three chairs if you prefer to be indoors. Large French doors lead out into the garden terrace. You will either love or hate the 1980s bathroom with rose coloured suite and soft pastel coloured wall cladding. The Owners had every intention of ripping it out and starting again but then the quirkiness grew on them. And on us too. There is a shower attachment over the bath and a mirror with shelving. The WC is across the hall near to the kitchen.

It is also a five minute walk to the Pedestrian Zone and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants.
