Overview

This large studio has a king size bed that fits comfortably at the back of the studio in an alcove. There are reading lights above and a small built in wardrobe.
The apartment is on the second floor of a typical 1940s building. There is a lift. The building is accessed by entering a courtyard off the street.
The well appointed bathroom with modern tiles consists of a full sized shower, a sink with vanity unit and a large, well lit, mirror. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

The location is ideal for a holiday apartment. Rue Meyerbeer is a street running off the Promenade des Anglais. It is between the Negresco and the Palais de Mediterrean. The airport bus stops very close by.
From this apartment it is less than a minute to the beach and Promenade. There are shops and restaurants all around. It is just a few minutes walk to the pedestrian zone and less than 10 minutes to the Old Town. It is a ten minute walk to the bus station and a fifteen minute walk to the train station.
