Immaculate modernised apartment with 2 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms vast open plan sitting room/diner fully equipped american kitchen within classical building facing quiet courtyard off Nice's main central avenue. Beach within walking distance passing the fab shops, get your picnic on ruote or for lunch head for rue Massena just off the amazing Place Massena I think the best restaurants are here. Nice now has a super tram we have a stop close by and this will take you to the Port passing the beach on the way. Mimimum let 4 nights.
