Located in the centre of Nice, this newly renovated building is in The heart of Nice, just 140 yards from the beach, and close to the 'old town' and Ave Jean Medicin- the shopping heartland of Nice. This area is very well served with public transport ie, train, tram stops, port and airport bus 140 yards away.
