Overview

Lovely modern house with beautiful views of lake and countryside. The top floor is private apartment style accommodation of the convenience of our guests.
Private mezzanine dining with own refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster... so that you can breakfast and snack whenever it pleases YOU.

We give you a substantial breakfast with fruit juice, choice of cereal, yoghurt, cheese, cold meat and a choice of local breads and rolls. Tea and coffee are available all the time whenever you wish.
The luxury double bedroom has everything for your comfort. The beautiful bathroom is spacious and also overlooks the lake. Relax in your private lounge with television and DVD player.
The couch converts into a very comfortable double bed and is available to members of the same group for the token cost of Eur.20 (whether one or two persons) which also includes breakfast.We are well equipped for babies and small children with a small bed, crib, high chair and safety gate, together with bath and toilet facilities for the little ones.
Relax and enjoy a glass of wine under the pergola and enjoy the Breton countryside.

Location & area

The property is located in a village which enjoys a traditional French restaurant, Depot du Pain, for everyday purchases and two bars. There is fishing on the lake just in front of the house for the sum of Eur.5 per day. The lake is well filled with trout !

But, just two miles away is the town of Mur de Bretagne with a variety of shops, supermarket, bank, post office, bars,restaurants and creperie.

Larger shops and a host of restaurants are found in Pontivy and Loudeac.

Lac de Guerledan is but a few minutes drive from the house offering a wide range of watersports, a lovely beach and safe swimming. (Lots of details on our website).
There is so much for the visitor to see .. the lovely Abbaye de Bon Repos, the Chateau in Pontivy and wonderful walks and bike rides on the doorstep.

This is the perfect haven of calm and relaxation to truly enjoy the essence of
French life.
