Villa Hibiscus is one of 4 renovated farmhouses at Le Four a Sel , a 14 acre property in a stunning riversdie location,just 2 km from Montignac,Lascaux.A beautiful perigordian stonehouse facing southeast,it has stunning views of surrounding cornfields from the bedroom window on one side and a view of the courtyard on another.This is a bright and airy house sleeps 8 offered for holiday rental all year comprising 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with separate lounge ,dining area, kitchen and a garden outside.The spacious main bedroom is decorated in traditional French antique furniture , with a sleigh double bed and mahogany wardrobe. A cot can be added if needed. Wifi is available free. . Guests can enjoy private fishing & picnics on 450m of its river frontage.The area around the gites, pool and garden is fenced and prevents indiscriminate access to the river. This is a superb location to get away from it all with easy access to the many attractions of the Dordogne,some just 20 minutes away. There are activities on site for a perfect family holiday: a shared swimming pool , a covered terrace for outdoor dining in the shade, a covered play area with table tennis,an outdoor play area in the garden with swings,climbing frame, slides ,seesaw & play house. and orchard /garden filled with rows of walnut and fruit trees .

in a rural location , outside the village ,secluded but not isolated ,near tennis courts,near biking & walking trails, near cultural interest(prehistoric sites), next to the vezere river, near golf course,, near horse riding, 2km from restaurants & bars. We are in the Perigord Noir where you can sample the regional delights of foie gras, truffles,and walnuts. Major towns close by are Perigeux and Brive and closest airports are Bergerac & Limoges. Bordeaux airport is 1hr 45 minutes, and the vineyards of St. Emillion can be visited as a day trip.

We offer 5 rooms for Bed and breakfast as well as self catering accommodation in 4full furnished/equipped holiday homes (gites) available for rent all year. We can accommodate up to 28 guests and our holiday homes ,which sleep 4,5, 8 or 15 can be rented individually or in tandem , allowing you to holiday together and still maintain your privacy. We are flexible, during off peak periods, we accept short stays(minimum 4 days) or long lets. Rates include bedsheets,towels available for hire.Cleaning charge at end of stay.25% deposit to guarantee the reservation,balance ispayable 10 weeks before arrival
