Montignac has a spar, intermarche,banks, poste, pharmacie, tabacs, several boulangeries, patisseries and a varied selection of good restaurants and bars whilst retaining its rural charm. There is a bustling market on Wednesday mornings selling a wide variety of wares, local foods, wines and crafts.

If you enjoy gourmet foods and good wines then you will be in heaven here with the many local delicacies and plentiful good restaurants many michelin star.

Alternatively canoes/kayaks, quads, cycles are all available for hire in Montignac, theres a multitude of designated walks/cycle paths for the energetic, or try the crazy golf which is great fun for adults and children of all ages.

Chateau de Losse and the world famous Lascaux caves are just onthe outskits of Montignac,you are central for a varied selection of tourist attractions be it cultural, historical, grottes, gardens, animal parks activity parks all ages are catered for.

Upstairs theres a mezzanine study seating area with computer access and a second double bedroom en-suite bath with shower attachment washbasin and toilet.

Bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per person are provided, extras can be hired for small charge, you will need to provide your own pool towels.

There is private parking the property is situated up a private road there is just our 2 properties next door, it is then woodland.
