Set in immaculate lawned gardens of mature pines, oleander, sweet-smelling lavender and jasmine and there are views to the distant Esterel and Maures Mountains. In a quiet residential location, it is immaculately equipped and maintained with an open-plan living room which has extensive sliding patio doors opening onto the covered terrace and poolside. The property is within walking distance of this 'perched' village, at an altitude of 400m, parts of which date back to the 11th and 12th centuries. In summer there are musical evenings in the square and just a short drive away is the Lac de St. Cassien, its nature reserve and the beautiful River Siagne. The coast at Cannes and St. Raphaël and the amazing Grand Canyon de Verdon are also very close by.
