The house is 220 m2, build in 2003 and perfectly positioned with panoramic views of the Esterel mountains. In the spacious garden of 5600 m2 you can enjoy the colour and ambiance of this wonderful part of Provence. Location & area

The villa is located just five minutes drive from the hill-top village of Montauroux, which is situated just north of the Esterel National Park, in a region famous for its wine, olives and perfume. Yet the Mediterranean is less than 25 minutes away. Montauroux is one of five medieval villages the other villages are called Callian, Tourettes, Fayence and Seillans. We are 30 minutes from Cannes and 45 minutes from Nice airport. Opposite the house, on the other side of the valley, you will find the new exclusive 36-holes golf course Terre Blance. With the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Resort. The area is a wonderful combination of beautiful countryside, charming hill-top villages, and all the sophistication of Nice and Cannes.
