Overview

Beautiful and spacious three bedroomed stone built gite. Restored and immaculately decorated throughout. Large living room with TV/DVD/CD, a selection of films, games and books and traditional log burning fire. Newly fitted and well equipped kitchen, utility room off and downstairs additional w/c.

Upstairs, three bedrooms, king size bed, double bed and 2 x twin beds. Travel cot available if required. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Large garden with seating areas and bbq. Selection of outdoor toys and sandpit.

Close to the town of Merdrignac, which has several restaurants, including a creperie and pizzeria, outdoor swimming pool with water slide, tennis courts, park with childrens play area and lake with boating available.

Easy 40 minute drive to beaches and coast, the closest beach is the stunning Val Andre.

Close to the medieval town of Josselin, and only minutes from the forests of Paimpont and Hardouinais with lakes and sandy beaches.
The cottage is a short drive from the nearest ferry port of St Malo, or airports of Dinard or Rennes.
