Overview

Situated in a quiet courtyard off a small alleyway, there is a seperate kitchen, a dining and living room, a main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with full size bunk beds. Maximum accommodation is 4 people.

It is unusual to get such a quiet and secluded location so close to Menton town centre, with such convenient transport links. The express coach link to Nice Airport stops at the bus stop less that a minute's walk from the flat. The beach is less than five minutes away.

Location & area

From the train station: walk through the car park and down the short hill (Ave. de la Gare) to Ave. de Sospel. Turn left (under the railway bridge). Impasse des Violettes is on your left after 2 or 3 minutes walk, just after a small road roundabout. It is a small alleyway on your left. No 11 is the top floor of the villa on your right at the end of the alley.

From the bus station: facing the mountains Impasse des Violettes it is just across the road on your left.

By car: There is plenty of free on-street parking near the bus station.

From Nice airport: there is an express bus, service no. 110 that runs from stand 2 outside both arrivals terminals at Nice Airport to Monte Carlo and Menton. Tell the driver where you are getting off, as they tend to alter the outward route to suit passengers. The trip usually takes around 30 minutes. The return route is by the book and may take more than an hour.
