Overview
Heated swimming pool. Fully fenced garden with separate entrance. The Gite has its own personal entrance away from the remaining part of the house, which is occupied full time by the owners. Attached to the gite there is a private grassed area of 500 square metres. The Gite has plenty of sun most of the day, due to the south south/west facing position of the premises. A glass sliding door in the Living Room leads to a large paved patio. Table, chairs and BBQ are provided for the guests. The Living Room is open plan, approximately 40 square metres. The room contains kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge, Utility room with Automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer. Large hanging wardrobe with shelving. Master Bedroom, double bed with en suite bathroom with shower and basin. First floor: Large bedroom with twin beds plus an additional single bed. Single bed on the mezzanine area, overlooking the living room (not private). Bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC
