Overview
Misah is on the very edges of a typical small french market town . Within easy walking distance of the town centre with all its facilities including cafes, restaurants, supermarket & general shops. You can stroll to the local park & fish, swim , play tennis and pentaque or maybe just enjoy the scenery.
In the mornings you can wander up to the boulangerie for your french bread or perhaps a croissant or Pain au chocolat & ,on a Tuesday, morning take a look around the market ;the largest in the area.
If you have older children you can let them discover the sports facilities in the town whilst you relax knowing there is no need to use the car unless you want to.

Placed as it is on the borders of the Charente, Vienne & Deux Sevres Lezay is the perfect place from which to discover this region of France. With its climate ( the second sunniest in France ) & its varied countryside the area offers something for everyone.

The accommodation consists of a very large typical French lounge with flagstone floors & a high beamed ceiling. There is ample ,comfortable seating & a large screen TV with DVD player ( satellite with basic programmes) .There is a large Kitchen/diner with all you would expect for modern living.
We also have a seperate games room with snooker, darts etc. Downstairs there is also a utility room with washing machine plus two toilets , a summer shower room & a cloakroom.
The first floor consists of four good sized bedrooms ,two double & two twin with a large family bathroom with bath & shower
