Overview
Chalet La Falaise is a high quality ski chalet in Les Carroz. This is an easily accessible ski resort, located just 50 minutes drive from Geneva International Airport. Combined with the other four resorts of the Grand Massif (Flaine, Morillon, Samoens, Sixt), the skiing in Les Carroz boasts 265km of pisted ski runs, being the fourth largest ski area in France. The location of the Grand Massif ski area between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc ensures an abundance of snow, with the main pistes that return home to Les Carroz village open from mid-December until mid-April. The main summer season is from the third week of July until the last week of August. There are numerous activities to choose from including swimming, tennis, horse riding and rambling in resort, hot air ballooning, fishing, biking and golf in the mountains and white-water rafting and canyoning on the rivers in the valley

The chalet is positioned at the mountain edge in an area of Les Carroz called Les Feux, with breathtaking views into the Giffre Valley and across to other mountains of the Haute Savoie. The nearest lift for direct access into the ski area is only eight minutes walk from the chalet. It is a further seven minutes to the main gondola which takes skiers into the heart of Le Massif. Otherwise, guests may choose to catch the free bus (stops outside the chalet) to the ski school meeting point or drive three minutes to the large free car park at the base of the main lifts.
