Recently refurbished, whilst retaining its 19th century features, La Maison Penchee or The Leaning House has two en-suite bedrooms with access to an exclusive lounge/dining room. The bedrooms, one twin and one double, have tea making facilities, hair driers and central heating. Breakfast in inclusive.
Situated near magnificent countryside and surrounded by wooded hills, lakes and streams the house provides a perfect getaway after a busy day visiting the nearby town of Aubusson, the regional capital of Gueret or just enjoying the many markets and village festivals Lavaveix has throughout the year.
Known by guests for their hospitable nature owners Brian and Margaret will provide you with your holiday home from home. They can help you plan your days out, get to grips with Lavaveix's history and help point out the local sights.

Lavaveix Les Mines is on the D942 road between Gueret and Abusson. An hour and a half from Limoges airport.
Coming from Gueret, at Lavaveix, turn sharp left at the Hotel de France into the Rue du Centre. No 6 is at the far end on the left by the War Memorial.
From Aubusson take the Gueret Road and follow sign posts to Lavaveix turning right at the Hotel de France onto the Rue du Centre.
