Maison De Nicola has been restored to a very high standard, with oak beams throughout,offering spacious living accomodation. lounge approx 65 sq meters with terracotta tiled floors with under floor heating if needed. there is a Bang and Olufson TV and stereo with 4 speakers for wonderful surround sound The lounge has an oak staircase leading up to master bedroom on suite with seperate bath and shower Kitchen dinner approx 55 sq meters well equiped with another TV area This room also has an oak staircase leading up to the other two bedrooms, with shower toilet basin. The lounge has wonderful views through the patio doors of the surrounding countryside and magnificent salt pool with palms around the garden is enclosed with many fruit trees it is trully a wonderfull place to relax
